Danielle Jones is the General Manager within the company. She is responsible for creating and developing systems and processes that help ensure the company is efficient and effective in its communication efforts both within the organization and within the community.

She is also responsible for recruiting and training new and existing staff members as well as being in charge of marketing initiatives. She joined the company two years ago with 10+ years of combined sales, management, and recruiting experience under her belt. She has a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and also an MBA. When not working she enjoys running, spending time with her husband and 2 sons, writing, and reading.
