Hutcherson Construction is looking for energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors and Event Marketers to represent our company at local events, home shows, retail locations, festivals, and community gatherings throughout Kalamazoo County, Kent County, Plainwell, Grand Rapids, and Southwest Michigan.

What You’ll Do

As a Hutcherson Construction Brand Ambassador, you’ll help increase brand awareness, connect with homeowners, and generate potential customer leads.

• Engage with customers at local events, home shows, retail locations, and community gatherings
• Represent Hutcherson Construction with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism
• Talk with homeowners about our roofing, siding, decking, windows, and doors
• Capture customer information and generate qualified leads for our sales team
• Answer questions and handle basic customer inquiries or objections
• Assist with event logistics, including setup, displays, promotional materials, and teardown
• Create positive interactions that strengthen relationships with homeowners throughout West Michigan

• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality
• Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting a brand
• Dependable, professional, and energetic
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as event schedules require
• Reliable transportation to events throughout Kalamazoo County, Kent County, Grand Rapids, Plainwell, and surrounding Southwest Michigan communities
• Previous experience in event marketing, sales, customer service, retail, promotions, or brand ambassador work is a plus

Pay & Schedule

This is a contracted, per-event Brand Ambassador position offering a flexible schedule based on our event calendar.

Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hourSchedule: Flexible, per-event scheduling with evening and weekend opportunitiesEmployment Type: Independent contractor / event-based position

A W-9 is required, and a 1099 will be issued at year-end. Brand Ambassadors are paid hourly for each event worked.
