What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee deck + siding installs and repairs
• Assign tasks, train crew members, and keep projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean, safe, well‑run job-site
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Track materials, complete daily reports, and use CRM tools

What You Bring

• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
• Reliable attendance and consistent follow‑through
• Experience with construction, hand tools, and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and manage project details
• Valid driver’s license + dependable transportation
