Beautiful window and siding remodel
We hired Hutcherson Construction to replace our old vinyl windows with new Pellas and reside our house with new vinyl. In virtually every category they earned five stars. Communication was superior and clearly a point of pride. We knew when they were working, what they were working on and when the weather had them sitting the day off. The cleanup was great. The end of day and end of project walk through made for a very clean work area. There were several out of scope items that came up and they gave us options and quotes to resolve. We were very happy with the company and the crew and would highly recommend them. We never felt there was two teams (vendor ad customer) working on the project – just one lead by Hutcherson. Hats off to Team Lead Cliff Rogers and team members Seth Miller and Jason Woodhams.

Anyone that’s had to work through contractors knows that it rarely is a seamless experience even when it goes well. Hutcherson does everything they can to provide just that. It began with Matt bidding the project and explaining the project plan and materials. Mike led the construction team with Heith and Andrew on site daily. They were always available to answer questions about the project and did excellent work. Jordan met with us once complete to make sure we were fully satisfied and had multiple contacts in case we have any questions or concerns. The entire Hutcherson team operated well together to complete the project early, with excellent craftsmanship and to our full satisfaction. I recommend them for any outdoor construction project, large or small.

Very smooth process.
Hutcherson was a pleasure to work with during getting an upper deck replaced, 2 sets of stairs replaced, addition of waterproof ceiling under upper deck & replacement of a man door. The lead Mike & his crew worked diligently & kept in constant communication. Very knowledgable / experienced lead, a true pleasure to work with. I would recommend this company for any & all of the capabilities they offer, very smooth process.

If you have a construction project this is the company to hire!! They are friendly, efficient, reasonable, and have amazing communication skills. Matt explained our project and got everything started and made us feel we had made the right decision choosing Hutcherson . He was honest and nice, Lauren did an amazing job of keeping everything on track and she made sure we got what we asked for, confirmed all the colors etc. Then Cliff and his team Ivan, Grady, and Seth showed up and worked so quickly and so hard every day to make this project go quickly while ensuring it was done correctly. I would never consider hiring anyone else if Hutcherson is an option for a project! It is the deck that I asked for.

Thank you Hutcherson construction for making my Ruhig Platz spectacular. Will spent a couple of hours with me to get exactly what I needed. Great color choice Will! I went with the composite decking. Will kept an eye on me and always was in contact with me to the end of construction. This was built during February and it was a cold Michigan Winter. Jillian came to make sure that everything was ready to go. Collin and his crew had their hands full with my front porch. Bo did a awesome job on my steps on the back porch and Joel and Mathew had a lot of concrete to bust up. Jordan went over everything at the end and made sure that I was happy with the teams work. Hutcherson construction went beyond my expectations, thank you very much, I appreciate everyones work.

Hutcherson Construction did a stunning job installing my new siding! Seth and his team (Drew, Austin, Troy, and Josh) were careful and meticulous, even in the snow and ice and sleet. February installations are no joke, but they made it work, and they kept me updated on their progress the whole time.
Overall, very happy!
We hired Hutcherson Construction to build a roof over our deck. They did a fantastic job. It took a while before the project started, but their team gave us weekly updates and kept us posted with each phase of the project. They also did a great job in finding ways to fit within our budget. Once they started, they communicated what was done each day and what their plan was to finish the project. They also cleaned up after themselves. Overall, very happy with the service and we highly recommend them. (Gutter that was installed after picture was taken).
