  • Make sure you and our team are 100% aligned

This meeting sets the tone for a smooth, professional installation from start to finish.

2. Friendly Faces, Quality Craftsmanship

After the last board is installed, your Lead Installer will meet with you to walk through the entire project. Together, you’ll:

We don’t pack up until you’re completely satisfied.

5. A Visit from Our Brand Ambassador

Shortly after your project is complete, you’ll get a visit from our Brand Ambassador. This visit is all about you. During the visit, she will:

  • Ask about your overall experience

  • Deliver your warranty information

  • Take a few photos of your completed project (with your permission)

  • Provide you with tools to easily leave a review or refer a friend
