What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in siding and deck installation/repairs on residential and commercial jobs
• Measure, cut, and install materials using hand and power tools
• Work alongside Crew Leads to complete projects efficiently
• Load/unload materials and prep job sites
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas
• Follow blueprints, instructions, and job plans
• Complete daily production updates and job tracking
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors

✔ Comfortable using hand and power tools
✔ Ability to follow direction and work as a team
✔ Strong attendance and reliability
✔ Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
